My goods! I was given the postcards on the right (the Terra E cards, the black and white characters - I don’t know the story name - and the Gilbert cards) by one of the workers who remembered me from last week.

The b&w cards are Tenma no Ketsuzoku, I believe!
And on the bottom left, we can see how Takemiya could never decide what color Serge’s skin is…

All right, you’re probably thinking, “Why are you posting pics of random clothes, Grand-Composer? Yesterday at the art gallery Takemiya-san and her staff were giving out prizes, and this was one of them. She was modeling the shawl oh-so seductively on her shoulders. As I have awful listening comprehension to Japanese, I couldn’t hear what they said about the clothes, but I knew they had to do with her. To win the outfit was simple: you had to defeat her at Jan Ken Pon (paper rock scissors). Now, I’m awful at that game, but I decided to play. She would cast her hand gesture, and whoever won against her would move to the next round. I kept beating her hand! Eventually there was only one woman and I left, and when we cast our final hands„ I won!It turns out this is an outfit Takemiya-san’s mother handmade for her, which she only wore once. Everyone was coming up to me afterwards and congratulating me. I was so friggin’ happy! :D I can’t believe I beat her at paper rocks scissors!

Kazeki art exhibit art book photos

grand-composer:

These are photos from the Kazeki art exhibit art books from the 4/28-5/5 Kaze art exhibit in Tokyo. No photography was allowed inside, so these pictures represent about 80% of the exhibit (the other 20% are cover art and other well-known Kazeki pieces that I didn’t think it necessary to show them again here.

Since you can’t make it to the exhibit, I’ll bring the exhibit images to you!

There were two books for sale: number 1 and 2. Number one has photos from last year’s exhibit, while number two has pictures from this year’s exhibit. Book two cost twice as much as book one. Some pictures at the exhibit are not shown in these books.

The photos in the books show flaws in the drawings that are usually hidden when printed in manga, i.e. correctional fluid marks, food stains, eraser marks, torn edges, etc. I think this lends a beautiful character to the pictures.

Please enjoy!

I’m not going to reblog everything that is cool because that would be everything. Y’all should check out the stuff they’ve just posted!
